Here at Northampton, we are still waiting for winter to start! Not unlike everyone else, we are looking to the sky, doing snow dances, and praying for snow. When we get it though, it’s going to be great!

We are pleased to announce that Carl Schmidtmann has joined the patrol full tine this year, bringing our full time patroller count to two. We also have a number of great patrollers who call Northampton their secondary home. If anyone is interested in joining our patrol, or taking a few shifts here, please contact Shannon Bielaska at [email protected]. This is a fun place to ski, especially if you have young children who are just starting out their skiing adventures. We offer reasonable rentals and lessons for all. If you live on the west side, this is the place to come for a fun family day.

We plan to continue some of our great programs once we get started, including our wildly popular overnights, where kids can stay in the lodge overnight, ski or board until midnight, and have a pizza party. Check out Northampton on Facebook or on the county parks site for more information.
